REFERRAL SOURCE: The Parish Nurse liaisons with community support services to help persons or families meet assessed needs.

DEVELOPER OF SUPPORT GROUPS: Based on the needs and interest of the congregation, the development of support groups can be facilitated by the Parish Nurse.

HEALTH ADVOCATE:  The Parish Nurse can provide support to a person and be a person's voice when needed.
