Faith Formation
Parents have the first responsibility for the education of their children in the faith, prayer, and all the virtues. They have the duty to provide as far as possible for the physical and spiritual needs of their children. (Catechism of the Catholic Church, 2252)
We're here to help.
Faith Formation for Children and Teens
We offer classes for grades 1-9, meeting on Monday evenings from 5:45 to 7:30. We prepare students to receive First Holy Communion in the second grade, and to receive Confirmation in the 9th grade. If your child hasn't been baptized yet, register them anyway. We'll prepare them for baptism. If they haven't yet received First Holy Communion, go ahead and register them. We'll place them in the appropriate class and prepare them to receive the sacrament.
